Founded in 1987, the Las Vegas Security Chiefs Association is made up of Security Chiefs from over eighty hotel, casino, resort properties, located throughout the Southern Nevada area. Its main mission is to promote security professionalism through training communication and service. The Chiefs Association has established productive relationships with various Law Enforcement agencies and Security representatives from numerous public and private organizations.  In concert with Sheriff Doug Gillespie and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the Chief's Association and its combined proprietary security staff of over 7,000 members have been major contributors in establishing our member communities and properties as some of the safest tourist destinations in the world.
